Admission to the undergraduate program at UM is selective. Among our freshmen, more than 40 percent graduated in the top 5 percent of their high school class. In addition to prospective freshmen, we also welcome talented transfer students.
There are many ways to make a University of Miami education affordable. Whether your interest is in scholarships; assistance that takes into account your financial situation; or long- and short-term financial tools, there are options to explore. It is estimated that University of Miami students will receive over $385,000,000 in financial assistance for the 2009-2010 school year.
