| The University of Miami is a program on the rise. We are relatively new members of the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) and compete regionally in the Southeastern Lacrosse Conference (SELC). In the fall, our players commit to practices twice a week and frequently work out together daily. In the spring, we practice three times a week and play one or two games on the weekends. We play a very competitive schedule consisting of several road trips per year culminating in games versus nationally ranked programs. Although, we receive generous assistance from the University, players are still expected to assist the team with fundraising. As a MCLA Division 1 program, we do not offer scholarships and have limited influence over the admissions process.
